Meet Hemdah
I’m a piano teacher, music educator, and sensory-informed coach who helps music teachers better understand and support their autistic and ADHD students.
My interest in sensory processing is also personal. As a child, I struggled with processing sounds. Loud sounds could be painful and overwhelming, and music became a place where I could feel calm and connected.
Today, I combine decades of music teaching experience with training in sensory processing to help teachers create lessons where students feel safe, empowered, and ready to learn.
“Her insights not only improved my teaching approach but also strengthened my confidence in working with diverse learners.”
